Thanks DavidI had a go at answering these questions myself at the time but was hoping the wider community would add more. Placing CfE in a wider curriculum development context is something I should have done but didn't, so thanks for this.
In terms of behaviour management, from my experience in SEBD provision, one must be consistent and humanistic, and know the school's policy/ies 'inside-out'.
